GENERAL RULES FOR HEADS UP
All round winners must weigh after each round -NO EXCEPTIONS- failure to do so will result in disqualification and re-entry of opponent. Losing racer in each round must wait at the scales until his opponent has been through tech to ensure winners creditability
  1. All classes must run a Factory Produced Muffler that has not been gutted (Super Outlaw and 6.0 Index does not require Muffler)
  2. All classes will get 2 (TWO) qualifying rounds
  3. If a entry fails to qualify he will be placed in the field as the slowest car to qualify. If there are more than one entries that fail to qualify they will be randomly placed at the bottom of the field
  4. Any driver seen consuming Alcohol or Drugs will be Disqualified
  5. Any unsportsmanlike like conduct by driver or crew member will result in disqualification
  6. Any person(s) may ask for a Protest Tech of a single entry suspected of cheating for a fee of $200. If the suspect is found cheating, they will be disqualified from the race and the accuser will be refunded his $200. If the suspect is not found cheating, they will be given $100 to compensate for the inconvenience of the Protest Tech
  7. Any car is subject to a Protest Tech at any point during the race. Protest must be presented only to tech officials no more than 10 minutes after last round of either Qualifying or Eliminations
  8. Faster car in the pair gets lane choice
  9. Bye-runs or Comp. Byes MUST stage and take the tree. Failure to do this will result in Disqualification
  10. Courtesy Staging Appreciated
  11. This Organization is set on having fun while maintaining order in doing so. This will apply to anyone in the entire organization racer or not. If you are attending a race please treat the entire event staff with common courtesy. We hope to achieve extreme professionalism at all our races and we would like for all our racers and spectators to do the same

    At Street Shootout Races for ALL HEADS-UP CLASSES the super start option on the tree will be TURNED OFF. The Auto Start function will remain on as in the past. What this means is, if you intentionally or unintentionally turn off the Pre-stage bulb you will NOT get a deep stage foul. Technically you could deep stage if you choose to, but be aware that once the Pre-stage and Stage lights are on in both lanes, there is minimal amount of time before the tree is activated. If you decide to deep stage – PLEASE DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK
    Any car that is required to weigh after a winning round of eliminations will weigh or face disqualification
    There will be seven (8) classes
Super Outlaw

  1. Car must have working doors

Outlaw 10.5

  1. No Full Tube Chassis Cars
  2. Must have Stock Front Frame Rails
  3. Stock appearing Head Lights and working Tail Lights
  4. Decals or Lettering on paint to EXTREME MINIMUM
  5. Mufflers required for all vehicles except vehicles with Turbo. Exhaust must be directed toward rear of vehicle, no frontal or side exit in front of front wheels
  6. Unlimited Power adders
  7. 33x10.5w max tire size
  8. Winning drivers must weigh after each round
  9. Weight will be 3000 Lbs with a 200 lb deduction for Small Blocks running ONLY Nitrous
Super Street 10.5

  1. Stock Type Suspensions or Ladder Bars ONLY, No Four Links
  2. Stock Front Frame Rails from Firewall forward required
  3. Stock Floor Board must remain from Firewall to rear of Drivers Seat
  4. Firewall must remain in Stock Location
  5. Any type of transmission Allowed (Clutchless Transmission Cars carry 100 lbs Extra)
  6. Cars requiring access to Transmission may have only MINIMUM alterations to Transmission Tunnel
  7. Lexan Allowed
  8. Interior must appear to be stock (Stock dash, Door Panels, Carpet)
  9. Cars must run True 10.5’s marked by manufacturer no W's
  10. Cars must have stock appearing Head Lights and working Tail Lights
  11. Decals or Lettering on paint to EXTREME MINIMUM
  12. Mufflers required for all vehicles except vehicles with Turbo. Exhaust must be directed toward rear of vehicle, no frontal or side exit in front of front wheels
  13. Winning drivers must weigh after each round
  14. No combinations of Power Adders
  15. Nitrous may not be used as a Intercooler on Turbo or Supercharged Applications
  16. No Big Blocks with Turbos or Superchargers
  17. Weights
    1. Small Blocks with Nitrous - 2800 lbs
    2. Big Blocks with Nitrous - 3000 lbs
    3. Small Blocks with Superchargers or Turbos - 3100 lbs
    4. Any Car Equipped with a Clutchless Transmission will carry a 100 lbs Extra
Real Street

  1. No Power Adders. Cars CANNOT have any Nitrous Equipment present - NO EXCEPTIONS
  2. All cars must run Gasoline (NO Alcohol)
  3. Stock Type Suspensions or Ladder Bars ONLY, No Four Links (After Market Bolt-on Stock Type Front Suspension allowed, but must remain in Stock Location)
  4. NO WHEELIE BARS
  5. Stock Front Frame Rails from Firewall Forward Required
  6. Stock Floor Board must remain from Firewall to rear of Drivers Seat
  7. Firewall must remain in Stock Location
  8. Any type of Transmission Allowed (Clutchless Transmission Cars carry 100 lbs Extra)
  9. Cars requiring access to Transmission may have only MINIMUM alterations to Transmission Tunnel
  10. Glass windshield and driver side and passenger side windows Required
  11. Interior must appear to be stock (Stock Dash, Door Panels, Carpet)
  12. Decals or Lettering on paint to EXTREME MINIMUM
  13. Single Carb only, No Duel Carbs (any factory type carb or intake setup allowed)
  14. No Sheet metal Intake Manifolds
  15. Cars must have Mufflers
  16. Cars must have stock appearing Head Lights and working Tail Lights
  17. Max tire size 30x10.5 marker by tire manufacturer (NO W’s)
  18. Winning drivers must weigh after each round
  19. Naturally Aspirated ONLY (NO Turbos, Superchargers, Nitrous)
  20. Weights
    1. Small Blocks - 3100 lbs
    2. Big Blocks - 3300 lbs
    3. Any Car Equipped with a Clutchless Transmission will carry a 100 lbs Extra
    4. All cars with Ladder Bars will carry 100 lbs extra (example Big Block with Ladder Bars 3400 lbs)
EZ Street

  1. Single Power Adder Allowed (Multiple Stages of Nitrous Allowed)
  2. Cars must have stock appearing Head Lights and working Tail Lights
  3. Stock Type Suspensions only, (Bolt on Slappers or Cal-Tracs Allowed). Ladder Bars accepted with 100 pounds added - NO 4 Links!
  4. All Suspension must be in Stock Location. Shocks may be moved for Tire Clearance, but must be within 2 inches of Tires.
  5. NO WHEELIE BARS
  6. Stock firewall must remain in Stock Location
  7. All cars must run Gasoline
  8. Decals or Lettering on paint to EXTREME MINIMUM
  9. Single or Duel Carbs (any factory type carb or intake setup allowed)(Exception: Roots Style Blower allowed with 2 4150 style carbs and Max Blower Size of 8-71)
  10. No Sheet metal Intake Manifolds
  11. Mufflers required for all vehicles except vehicles with Turbo Charger. Exhaust must be directed toward rear of vehicle, no frontal or side exit in front of front wheels
  12. Drag Radial Tires Max Size 325, D.O.T Max Size 28x12.5
  13. Mini Tubs Allowed
  14. Stock Interior is Mandatory Back Seat may be removed for Roll Cage clearance
  15. Glass windshield and driver side and passenger side windows Required
  16. Winning drivers must weigh after each round
  17. Weights
    1. Small Blocks - 3000 lbs
    2. Big Blocks with Nitrous - 3200 lbs
    3. Small Block with Supercharger or Turbo - 3300
    4. Big Blocks with Supercharger or Turbo - 3400
True Radial

  1. NO Power Adders unless equipped from the factory (example Ford F-150 Lightning) NO Nitrous Equipment can be Present
  2. Cars must have stock appearing Head Lights and working Tail Lights
  3. Stock Type Suspensions only - NO Ladder Bars or 4 Links (Bolt on Slappers or Cal-Tracs Allowed)
  4. All Suspension must be in Stock Location. Shocks may be moved for Tire clearance, but must be within 2 inches of Tires
  5. No After Market Electronic Traction Aid Devices
  6. NO WHEELIE BARS
  7. Stock firewall must remain in Stock Location
  8. All cars must run Gasoline
  9. Decals or Lettering on paint to EXTREME MINIMUM
  10. Single Carb only, No Duel Carbs (any factory type carb or intake setup allowed)
  11. No Sheet metal Intake Manifolds
  12. All cars must have Mufflers
  13. Radial Tires Only - NO Drag Radials or Retreads
  14. Radial Tires Max Size 325
  15. Mini Tubs Allowed
  16. Stock Interior is Mandatory Back Seat may be removed for Roll Cage Clearance
  17. Glass windshield and driver side and passenger side windows Required
  18. Winning drivers must weigh after each round
  19. Weights

IMPORT CLASS RULES

IMPORT STREET---- 4CYL. FWD IMPORT OR DOMESTIC  NO POWER ADDERS, STREET RADIALS ONLY

IMPORT MODIFIED---FWD CARS WITH POWER ADDER 4&6 CYLS, REAR WHEEL DRIVES NORMALY ASPIRATED 4 CYL. THESE COMBOS MUST BE ON STREET LEAGAL RADIALS 4 & 6 CYLS.

IMPORTS SUPER---- ANY POWER ADDERS ON ALL WHEEL DRIVE AND REAR WHEEL DRIVES

ANY TIRE OR POWER ADDER ON FWD

MUST BE COMPLETELY STREET LEGAL

FACTORY STYLE FUEL INJECTION ONLY, AFTER MARKET COMPOMENTS ALLOWED, BUT MUST BE SIMILAR TO FACTORY

POWER ADDERS OK  SLICKS OK ----  NO TUBE CHASSIS OR FULL BAKC HALF CARS ALLOWED
